Complaints Procedure

All schools are required to have a procedure in place to deal with complaints relating to the School. The law also requires the procedure to be publicised.

The procedure covers all complaints against the school by external persons/ parties, which do not have an alternative statutory avenue of appeal or complaint. All complaints should be dealt with in a transparent way and as quickly as is reasonably practicable. Every effort should be made to resolve complaints in a non-confrontational and informal way.
